Human is civil being and for its growth, as well as its evolution need to interact with others. In the process of social interaction and communication appear all social phenomena. National identity is a human phenomenon that emerges from the social interaction and Actors strongly need at micro and macro levels in their interactions with others. This phenomenon is not confined in the circle of time and place due to the social and historical character. For these reasons that with Circumstances change and the formation resources of social interaction are provided its condition of change and transformation. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to show the impact of information technology on the concept of national identity in global politics. In this regard, the central question of this study is that what is the impact of new developments of the information technologies on the development of the concept of national identity mean? New information technologies by creating new concepts and dates caused to create conditions that went out the concept of national identity relatively static and original state and Seen as a social and evolving phenomenon. The method of this study is Descriptive – Analytical method and survey of the issue has been based on the theory of constructivism.
